Flawed by your overall score. Sorry, but I would believe your review to be more accurate if you had given it a 8 or an 8.5 since you feel that 5 is average but since you dipped too far bellow the average of your scores together I have to say that it was a let down. Sorry, but if you were a true fan to the series you would have been able to grasp the many concepts in the game but your picking it apart for some key elements leads me to believe that you simply ran through the other games and lef...
How can they manage that? Simple... The PS3.
And I would not wipe my arse with Fatal Inertia. If I want to play an anti-grav game I will wait and play a real one... Wipeout HD. No wannabe Wipeout games for me.
Other than the normal goodness but what I want to see are more fresh new IP's. They have offered up some great new ones so far and I would love to see them continue with the stride of new games and stories.

Sorry, but there is no such thing as a groundbreaking UE3 powered FPS and I highly doubt that there ever will be. Don't get me wrong, I have no issues with the UE3, but to be anything beyond groundbreaking they would have to surpass COD4, and that game did not use a dilapidated gaming engine that has been used for everything short of the latest Barbie game.
It's one of those events that despite what the fanboys say about who is the winner, I love it all. I love seeing new games so I for one am hoping for a few new IP's to eagerly look forward to.

They are committed to a great online experience and to be honest, it all starts at my wallet. They’re free service is great and every option they have added since its inception has been nothing but icing on the cake… The FREE cake of online gaming.
How else can they beat Live? Simple, keep up the good work and do what they are already doing, offer a free online service and make it work.

Two reasons...
1) It rumbles. - Duh.
2) It never looses connection like the SIXAXIS did.
The BT signal in the SIXAXIS was weak while the DS3 seems to be much improved.
And the latest one is still kicking strong... I think... I never turn it on so I guess I wouldn't know really. It's my secret to making the 360 live longer. ;-)
Ventilate your console indeed but sorry, the 360 is prone to fail even with proper ventilation and low levels of dust. Even MS has admitted to their console being faulty.
Maybe you could help me out then with something that seems to be missing from your statement...
Why is it that the PS3 outsells the 360 worldwide each week? If the 360 has so many more features then why is it not selling better than the PS3?
Qore is optional. At least the PS3 offers free online play.
But the RROD is the reason why I no longer buy multiplat games for the 360 and simply play my PS3 more. It's not about the company but more about not liking to have to replace my console every couple months.
But fortunately I have the in-store warranty and didn't pay for them all. This RROD issue has gone on for way too long. We're going on 3 years and counting here!
MS's 360 is not going to place in first or second place this gen. They will ultimately die off and MS will begin shiping their next console while dropping all support for the 360 much like they did for the original Xbox. It's a shame too, I love the games the 360 has to offer but the RROD is just one heck of a killer. Even with the low price of the Arcade, the 360 just can't seem to sell as good as it could be without the reputation it has with te RROD.
